The book is called "The Rave Diet & Lifestyle - The Natural Foods Diet with Meals that Heal".  The author is Mike Anderson.  The DVD is called "Eating - 2nd Edition - Plus".  I don't know of any book stores that have it.  You could try the library.

If you go to www.ravediet.com, you will get a lot of information.  Here is a preview of the DVD "Eating" - http://www.ravediet.com/preview.htm.  You can buy the book and DVD directly from the site.  It is actually very affordable too.  When I bought it I bought three books and three DVD's for about $35.00 total (with shipping).

I really wish the people at Ravediet had a forum on curezone.  I'm actually going to suggest that at www.ravediet.com
