I'm curious how it's been 13 years and you're still recovering, still experiencing healing crises? Is your day-to-day diet/exercise regimen a healthy one?

I'm just asking, because my adrenals were at the point of exhaustion....where my mainstream doc was willing to call it Addison's, I couldn't get out of bed for many many weeks....but once I got on adrenal cortex, recovery was fairly short.

Of course, I'm relatively young (36), and prior to finally giving out, had lost a good deal of weight and cleaned up my diet and maintained for a couple of years...and I know every body is different...as I said, I'm just curious.
