I have had this feeling now for a very long time and it is to do, in my case, with having a liver full of muck and stones. It is improving with the cleanses (have just done 4th one) and is particularly acute after a meal with any fat in it (Olive oil and good fats, not bad fats which I rarely eat). So, since I felt a lot of discomfort after my first cleanse which produced a lot of stones and other unidentified objects and gunk I would suggest following quickly with another cleanse. It helped me and I am improving.
