Thanks Laura for your suggestions! I have learned so much within these past couple months. I have read many posts about iodine, but haven't looked into it with detail yet. So it is something I will be reading much more about soon.

It's exciting to learn of so many things that I've never even given a second thought to before. I've always put my health below everything else before. But after learning so much, and seeing the results, I'm eager to restore all of my health and not just my skin problems.
