Hi,
I had problems with MgSO4, vile taste.
You can buy liquid MgCitrate, comes in green glassbottles, in laxatives isle, 10 oz. Tastes like lemon pop.
10 oz is recommended as single dose which was too much for me. 1 tbsp Epsom/1/3 cup
was too much for me too, will try 1/2 doses next time.
I used it at night 2:30 when pain attack came back four days after first flush and then in morning
I only had 3 tbsp olice oil with 1/2 lemon. Was astonished at stones from this mini flush.
