Hi,

Maybe take some Epsom Salts in water. Read the label; I forget exactly but I think 1-2 Tablespoons in an 8 oz. glass is ok. This should get the bowels moving.

Also, drink lots of pure WATER. It will be hard enough on your body to take the Epsom Salts , but you must replenish lost fluid with drinking water. This is important anyway, and ESPECIALLY if you are constipated. You probably need water right now.

And of course, if the situation is becoming very uncomfortable, SEE A DOCTOR!!
