Well so simple.....I say "Take your Vit C you must be *coming down* with something or *reacting* to something". "And remember to take it again later because Vitamin C only stays in the body about 3 hours".

I also tell them to up their fluids and take it easy. I also tend to give Glutathione for liver support since it really helps all my fanily when we are *reacting*.
