what do you mean how is the neti pot and drinking salt water?
you have a neti pot right? you tell us how it is decrease the load of toxin and pathogen what may happen?
as for drinking salt water...or flushing???

Salt water Prakshalana/flushing is often described incorrectly and I see and hear people doing it wrong here on CZ and they suffer a bit or absorb the water. The water must be the right concentration and it must be worked from small intestine to large and to the rectum/anus with a series of prescribed movements that are followed unless you are experienced with yoga to know how to move it.
