The Dry Brushing feels wonderful! I use a Yerba Prima natural bristle dry brush, but you could probably use any natural bristle long handled shower brush as well.

I brush my whole body every morning and it revs up the circulation everywhere---as well as increases lymph fluid flow-- which helps the body detox and heal.

I can't do without dry brushing, especially after I noticed I no longer have cellulite on my legs/thighs from doing it, and the brush feels so awesome :-)
