Thanks for that... Both my teenage son and I both intend to try the OO (Olive-Oil) treatment. I have moved away from chemical shampoo's recently and as such don't have to wash my hair everyday either. Sometimes I can go 3 days, I am aiming for once a week, but not sure if I will ever get there.

I also enjoyed reading the rest of the thread and the links - thanks.
