I am posting under an alternative ID than normal.

The FDA'a actions to block nutritional and alternative therapies are UNCONSTITUTIONAL. Read the 9th amendment. These are rights and freedoms that were available to our forefaters and therefore may not be taken away even if not specifically mentioned as a constitutional amendment.
