Hi Jim,

No, I don't know what effect they have regarding the gallbladder, and have only eaten them occasionally when dining with macrobiotic friends. One was using them as part of an AIDS protocol. I know they have a variety of medicinal properties and are very good for digestion. They certainly won't hurt!
