I'm thinking I will wait until I'm finished with my 30 day Humaworm cleanse before taking my probiotics. It takes a bit of time for them to 'colonize' and it seems like taking them now would be a waste if the herbs are zapping them anyway. I don't have any real health issues as this cleanse is for prevention - I do it 2 times a year.
