that and a little more increased activity. this is really the first sign of this in three months on iodine. i feel that it is the amount of Iodine over time that is the real factor. i sweated more than usual last weekend as well. its just my old constipated body coming back to life and getting all the juices flowing. its about time. i wonder if i will be able to get in the olympics someday?
