there, how is that avatar? i probably wont get to see any real action until i slay that egyptian slave-master, moreless.

you are asking for a long story, but it is in the archives of my almost 74 pages of posts.

the bowel benefits have been immediate and ongoing. the only thing the iodoral may have had anything to do with so far is the bromide shedding. i am wondering if maybe my guts have been full of them and the iodoral helped to loosen them. all i know is that the gi tract is hard to heal without fasting. that is coming up.
