Yes, I did use the Clark dose of ES: 4 Tablespoons in 3 cups water. But, you know, I think "Lemon Pop" would be much better! If it works the same, I might use it some day, so I'll be watching to see what others say, too. BYW: I'm soooo glad I'm interesting instead of crazy!
