the caffeine is not so bad as the diuretic effect of such drinks. they do not hydrate, they dehydrate.

you are well on your way. learn and do and change. you are wrestling responsibility for your health away from the state and their licensed whitecoats and back where it belongs - between you and god. i wish i had started at your age(sort of).
