I believe that doing this with the ML drink makes the Lugols more bio-available and more can be accomplished with less... my 2 cents FWIW.

You are right; good elimination channels is paramount. Most "wow" benefiting individuals from added Iodine therapy seem to have come to this after some sort of cleansing history.
