Thanks to all readers who responded to "ultrasound after first cleanse". I have looked at the websites recommended and I am hoping to find Gold Coin Grass locally. SensibleHealth.com will take 2 weeks to deliver (from Canada). When inquiring about the herb at my local health food and oriental herb stores, no one ever heard of the stuff but I've started people researching and developing a facination with it. Education spreading, man! I will be doing my second cleanse tonight. Please excuse me- must drink the first of the four bitter waters. Wish me luck!
