I use The Essentials from Usana Health Sciences. They are the most complete, bioavalable and balanced formula I've ever used. You can research them for yourself at

We used to do the MLM business associated with Usana but found we were not cut out for MLM, so now we're just really happy we were introduced to their products and use them every day.
