Hey, I'm not sure if Iodine is lost through cooking but what I do when I add Iodine to my food is add it after it's cooked and I let the food cool a little bit, then i stir in a couple drops of Iodine in my soup, stew, spaghetti sauce, aswell as some in my juice in the morning.
