Grz, I believe it was you who mentioned that you are "spiking" your family's milk with Lugol's. Was that you? Do they know that you are doing that? Can they taste a difference? Can they taste the Lugol's? Do you add Iodine to any other foods that you or they eat?

To everyone: Do you add Lugol's to any foods you eat?
I am considering adding some to my food and possibly my parent's food.
Is the level of Iodine reduced if it is cooked into something?
I'm trying to formulate some ideas here.
