Chin up and keep smiling. That's half the healing process!

Go to the bookstore and buy the little booklet "Fountain of Youth" from Peter Kelder.
It's written for "old" people like you and me that can't do cartwheels over the bed in the morning anymore(smile).

I'm now several moth into these very easy and nice excercises, and boy, can I fly over my bed now in any direction and position. Okay, just kidding, but if you're willing to spend those 10 or 20 minutes in the morning, doing his little excercise regime, I can assure you that you'll feel 10 to 20 Years younger within a few months and only getting better from there on!
