I agree with the advice. In this order, 1. Colon cleanse 2. Lemon water first thing in the morning and in the afternoon on empty stomach - everyday. Can use Apple Cider Vinegar (ACV) instead of lemon if you want. 3. Coffee Enemas 4. ACV enemas 5. H. Clark liver/gallbladder flush 6. Humaworm 7. repeat what works from #'s 1-7.

I have been working on the same issues for about 5 years. Lot's of trial and error but found that these treatments really work well for me. Also do some heavy metal cleansing.
