Castor oil...I only mentioned it as it cleared up my constipation. Sounds like you're okay in that department due to the other oil you take!

Do you have access to your public library? Most have computers! (If the people who use them look anything like the ones who use ours, I'd bring my own headphones, though!!!) However, it might be an excellent way to be able to listen to the tapes, as long as it doesn't take your entire library time to download!
