Hi - curious on what you base this statement - can you elaborate?

***A side note: if you had candida or parasites, your calcium level cannot be replenished the usual way- with pills (maybe only with some carefully chosen foods, but that's slow). I don't care if it's mag-cal balances, with vitamin D or not, this fancy pill or that, even chelated. It won't get absorbed. It is a burden for the liver and digestive system so it doesn't do much good."
