HI...to anyone with knowledge or experience with the P&Bs.... iv been drinking the shakes 3-4 times daily for 3 weeks and have yet to see anything other than increased bowel movement..
should i drink the shakes when they are runny,,i.e. immediately.(they will thicken up inside the intestines..)...or should i let them thicken up in the glass before drinking.
i really want this mucoid plaque thingy to come out.

lastly.. does eveyone have mucoid plaque..surely by 25 yrs i should right?...(unhealthy eater,,until now)
