Yes, the acid can cause damage...if you can clean a car battery with it why would you want to take it....does this make since. It can calm the stomach but in very very small amounts. I wouldn't take it if that's what you're asking. There are other ways to acheive what you want to do without going to this extreme.

Yes, it will soften the gallbladder as well as your teeth and bones.

If you are looking to flush the gallbladder to the pink grape fruit juice and olive oil flush but split it in to twice a day so you don't put a strain the gallbladder.
