Hi countrymom,

Do a colon cleanse, then do the liver cleanse, then a gallbladder flush and then do the parasite cleanse last. If you concentrate on the parasites first and not the colon and the liver first (the primary organs) the parasites will have no way out...just because the adult parasites are dead doesn't mean that the eggs and larve is. There are three parts to a parastie life cycle and each one must be considered.

Your gallbladder pain may be a variety of reasons. The gallblader is being overwhelmed with the herbs.....you are asking more of your gallbladder than it's capable of. I would back off the herbs for a few days, give your body a break and then start back with the suggestion above.

I'm not all that familiar with the formulas from other companies so you may have to contact them to get thier recommendations. Without knowing all the ingredients it's hard for me to get you proper advice on how to take their products.

I do know that if you were taking my colon cleanse program. I would have you start with the Clear, and the Cleanse products and then add the parasite formula after two weeks, then Resist for Candida.....You can view my products ingredients at

I would also recommend that you follow the Candida diet if you are concerned about having it. The only way to keep it under control is to eat the foods it feeds on in moderation or not at all. Products like ours - Resist will assist your diet and help reduce the problem but you are not going to find a miracle in a bootle. You must follow a regime to get the best results.

If you want to do an effective gallbladder cleanse do the pink grapefruit juice and olice oil but split up the amount into to servings and take twice a day instead of once so the gallbladder is not overwhelmed.

I hope this answers your questions. Good luck with you cleanse and I hope you feel better soon.

Namaste,

Kelley
