I have read other fasting experts who recommend plant fats with a fast. It's pretty liquid-y so I don't know how much digestion it would require. It's only a couple spoon fulls. I feel fantastic, and that is really the only thing I care about! I can tell I still have detox symptoms but they are mild. It probably is not quite as cleansing as the strict MC, but lemons are very powerful anyway. I'm cool with it.
