Dear Belle,
I too look forward to your postings. You have given me inspiration and encouragement (specifically courage!) to even TRY the flushes. You have a calming effect. I've done two so far with some good results but know I have many more to go and will continue to read this wonderful forum for reality advice. I can't stand the taste of the olive oil/grapefruit juice combo, but it's kinda like labor pains: you forget the bad stuff and do it again because it's a good thing! Thanks again for you help.
BYW: We are getting pounding by Isidore also and it will probably pass right over us. I don't think we live very far apart.
