Helo all! I've been following ht eboard for sometime and started Op 6 days ago with NUTIVA EVCO and I am amazed! On day 2 i had horrible headache and sinus drainage ( i must also mention i am in fl and the whole state was covered in smoke from the fires and even my car was covered in ashes so it might have been that) on day 3 i had the headache, was hot (woke up at night with nightsweats and it was 75 in the house)and i was having a hard time breathing. Day 4 brought very light menstrual spotting, sinus drainage and still a shortness of breath/nervous feeling. day 5 was the same thing, today is day 6 and I have the shortness of breath, light spotting and headache/nervous feeling but WOW! MY skin looks amazing!!! MY skin feels softer than my 12 month olds! it feels like i slathered 100$ lotion on and I haven't used anythign since i took a dead Sea Salt soak bath 4 days ago! my dry scaly patches are smooth and not visible (except the ugly red one on my shin) and my face is radiant! now i must say i've always been complimented on my complexion but I never felt it..this is amazing! my eyes look so clear and my teeth are shiny! I 've begun to feel like my brain fog is much lessened.

**I'd also like to point out that the mesntrual spotting is significant to me because i have not had a period in almost 2 years.

ths shortness of breathe is interesting because I had horrible asthma as a teen (i'm 25) that seemed to disappear since i had my daughter 5 years ago.

also my appetite seems regulated..i'm actually hungry and not eating to eat..if that makes sense. anyways i wanted to give my input and see if anyone thinks the spotting is good or bad?

thanks so much i am so happy i found this board since it is one of the few things i can do as a nursing mommy. I am hoping it ends up healing this ugly shin rash too!
