Hi, no, I'm not a doctor. Just used what seemed like common sense, some ideas from this board, and some ideas from a seminar on happiness I went to. The practical components you know, hot water, massage, relax. The imagery and thanking the pain/stones, controversial, but amazingly powerful sometimes.
