Pumpkin seeds "paralyze" inestinal parasites - a LOT of raw pumpkin seeds (1/2 a peck) has to be eaten for any impressive results. BUT - they are a GREAT supplement while on a parasite cleanse.

The chemical in pumpkin seeds that works against parasites is low - that is why so many has to be eaten in order for them to do any good. The oil may be better since it is concentrated. I really don't know.
