The Epsom Salts are revolting and I have found it difficult to get them down also.
I was just thinking that maybe it would work if you made your own Epsom Salt capsules. The capsule shells are very cheap & non-toxic (gelatin I think..) and would bypass your taste buds...
I wonder also if other common magnesium tablets would suffice. I know they are laxative and relaxant in certain quantities so maybe it it possible.
Perhaps some learned ones out there can advise. I too would like to know.
