I definitely think you're on to something when you mentioned antioxidants.
I'm a great believer in antioxidants when doing ozone or any oxygen therapy. I think the worst case scenario is the oxidation of trans fats due to insufficient antioxidants. These oxidized fats can build up in the liver and artery walls. Not everyone agrees with me, but it certainly has worked for me. The book by Dr Ladd McNamara "The Cholesterol Conspiracy" speaks volumes about this, and Dr McNamara is not even speaking from an oxygen therapy point of view.

Vit C is a great antioxidant, but it is only one antioxidant and only works on some tissues. IMO you need a broad spectrum to cover all the tissue types.
