well, its unrefined pumkin seed oil (just read the label), from NOW FOODS. i like herbalremedies.com. they have everything under one roof. and i like NOW FOODS. good products.


yeah, sheeeesh stun gun, tazer. i want a sawed off or maybe a .410 i'm not wantin to stun them ... listen to me, ha ha ha
