use as a dip or spread or an accent
on salad for a beautiful color

the carrots sweeten it a bit and dilute the intensity of the beets
and the pecans add a little sweetness too and help with texture
its concentrated so a little goes along way

use as a spread on bread/toast or rice crackers
and top with some avocado

the taste is marvelous
