I like using activated charcoal and keep several bottles on hand. I used it for excessive gas or diahrea. I even take it sometimes if I eat some questionable that might have some kind of 'bug' in it.

I did read somewhere that it wasn't good to take it all the time though. I will check out that site, however, it looks great. Thanks for the tip.
