Actually, that sounded very self righteous....

Maybe it isn't so much a sense of superiority...but a heightened sensitivity that some people prefer not to eat meat, or chose to pay attention to their diet and not just eat whatever is in front of them or advertised on TV. Some people require food that gives off a higher vibration, because it is more in sync with who they are... meat is very dense, and people who eat it probaby require that denseness for some reason.

I don't believe it is immoral to eat meat, but the more sensitive you become, the more aware you are, the harder it is to do so. To see what I mean, just look at the people who eat at a MacDonalds, and then go to a yoga ashram and see the difference. Listen to the conversations, observe the overall condition of the different bodies....the way they dress, move, think. It's like night and day. Different human beings have differnt levels of attention. We are not all Rhodes scholars, nor are we all serial killers, but there are many levels in between. Of course we must honor the level that anyone is at and not judge, but to deny there are different levels is silly. Of course there are. And some are more evolved then others, just as some are more educated then others.
