I can see that there are a few of us starting a 30 day parasite purge with Humaworm... I decided to eat light today, my first day. I haven't eaten all morning just lots of water, Bromelain, and an extra Pau de Arco that I already have..

I plan to do a (2 ozs) castor oil and (2 ozs) of orange juice mixed, (in 15 minuntes drink 1 cup of hot water; repeat 2x) as the castor oil makes it hard for parasites to hang on, I've read.

I have also read that pumpkin seeds knock some parasites out.... doesn't actually kill them, but they lose thier hold for a bit... so I ground up about a 1/3 cup of pumpkin seeds in the food processor and mixed it with 1/2 cup of yougart... it tasted delicious. I also took 2 capsules of Garlic.

In about 45 min. I will take the castor oil mixture. Hopefully those puppies will slide on out! I saw some cotton/fuzz balls recently... Maybe I'll do an enema later.

I'll let you know if I see anything. It's easier to see stuff when juice fasting or eating light.

I hope this is not too much too soon. What do you think RG?
