I did my full moon flush (#4) and it was not at all successful. I think the Epsom Salts I bought were outdated or something. I moved NOTHING, no stones, no bowel contents. The only thing that happened was that I woke at 4 am with nausea but eventually fell back asleep. UGH what a disappointment. Oh well, you can't win them all. The next will be better. I think another good round of bowel cleansing is in order, I have felt a little blocked lately and have not been drinking quite enough water. I do feel a little more energetic today though. Maybe I will see some stones tomorrow, stranger things have happened.
