I sure wish I could get out as much as you. I did the Hulda Clark way last night too. Did the zapping and the killing the little burgers too with herbs for about a week before. But only got out about 100 teeny stones. I think I will wait a month in between.

I did use light olive oil this time and it went down smooth as silk. I really gag on the green stuff. Maybe this is the difference?
