Three simple remedies for bloating...

Drink water with some good salt. Many times that will settle down the gas die-off.

Try charcoal tablets or in water. I take it everyday and brush my teeth with it too.

Also take some clay in water. I use Luvos by Marco-Pharma. Clay adsorbs gas and toxins.

I have used all three and they have all helped.
