If it's any consolation, I hear about people getting rashes like that from coconut oil because of die off or other healing symptoms going on. Healing symptoms can be almost indistinguishable from allergy symptoms, so the person may think they're allergic, when in actual fact they may actually be healing.

So it's very hard for me to say what might be happening with you in this respect, though with the others on another forum (candida) that got this, it eventually subsided as they improved on the programme.

for me, i am not yet sure of the effects of coconut oil, so I'm having a break from it and may try it again later on and see.
