Thank you for all your advice.
I managed to get myself a bite plate from my dentist and have been wearing it for 1 week now...the pain has lessened slighlty but is still not totally gone. I have also been on a course of vitamin B complex which seems to have helped. My shoulders and neck have been feeling a rather stiff...which I suppose is contributing to this pain in my head.The pain seems to be more of a dull pain from the ear to the temple on the left side and alot of the time it feels like the it is tight/pulling in that area but pain in ears seems to have gone away.When I wake up in the morning my shoulders & neck click quite loudly. I will try some supplements which have been suggested. I don't suffer from any dental problems...dentist said teeth are perfectly healthy...no holes...no fillings.
