I just did my first cleanse/flush the other day. I did the Hulda Clark recipe. I had probably less than 10 stones come out but a lot of sand type substance. Anyone else have that happen? I think I should do another cleanse in a week or so to see if any of the stones that may still be in me were able to move with the release of all that sandy material. Am I the only one to have had this. I don't have any gallbladder problems so maybe I don't really have many stones at all but I just want to know what that sandy stuff is. I did the cleanse to help with PMS problems as a result of too much estrogen. All this excess estrogen has caused fibrocystic breasts and uterine fibroids which cause physical PMS problems every month. Anyone notice a difference after cleanse in a reduction in PMS?
