I'm so sorry what happened to you. I believe you.
You mother is probably (I don't know her, so I can't say for sure) defending her own actions in not protecting you by saying she doesn't believe you. This can happen unconsciously. But, it's not your job to fix your mother. And there are plenty of people who will believe you, like a counselor or therapist. A person in your situation not being "believed" is pretty common I think.
Believe in yourself. Easier said than done.
