Mostly all gimmick, the things sold to wear does not effect one's diet, so their influence in no stronger than their frequency output or ability to absorb frequncies. I say buy a pineapple and eat it and you will have done more for your health than all these gimmicks could possible do. Note: Never leave a magnet touching the body, to wear a magnet can do great damage in the long run. Treat your body as all electric/water and then you will be cautious of applying objects that can alter/conductive to electricity; such as Gold/Silver, mercury, nickel, lead, etc., etc.
