I agree! That's the brand I'm buying currently, King Oscar Norwegian Brisling sardines.

I haven't seen the "3 Layer" sardines in the stores yet. They must be very tiny fish to fit 3 layers in a can. I tried the 2 layer and they're very good.

I'd be eating sardines every day if it weren't for the mercury/pollutant issue.
